“A step forward for the rights of Italians in the world and a blow to the smart guys”. The bill first signed by Andrea Di Giuseppe (Fratelli d’Italia), a member of parliament elected for the constituency of North and Central America, was approved in the Social Affairs Committee of the Chamber, that allows the registration of Italians living abroad to the National Health Service (SSN).
