As 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘶𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘰 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘈𝘧𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘪 𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳i discussed the existing partnerships between our countries and the future ones that open up glimpses of prospects of absolute interest. The chair asked me about the Mattei Plan and its implementation, a project that is viewed with interest because of its approach aimed at the growth and independence of African nations, a far cry from the neocolonialism of some European countries that has created social imbalances and dictatorships on the continent.
