In Il Giornale, a detailed account of what we’ve been denouncing for some time: fraud, falsified ballots, and systematic manipulation exist in the vote of Italians abroad.
A mechanism that has already altered the outcome of the vote on too many occasions and that puts our country’s democratic credibility at risk.
For years now, these have no longer been suspicions but documented facts, as we had the opportunity to prove in 2022 with the Patronati scandal.
But it is time to finally stop this injustice. In view of the referendum on the separation of careers, the vote must once again be free and secret.
Through the work of the Committee “Justice Without Borders – Italians in the World for the Yes vote in the referendum”, we will carefully monitor the proper conduct of the vote abroad, highlighting any anomalies and demanding transparency.
The separation of careers is a crucial reform for the rule of law. And we will not allow it to be distorted by those who think they can manipulate Italians’ votes.
