The Justice Referendum which will take place on 22 and 23 March does not, as many people think, represent a vote on technical matters which are remote from the daily life of each person.
Instead, it will be a vote that can guarantee all Italian citizens, not only residing at home but also living abroad, to reduce uncertainty and increase trust in our nation.
There is, in fact, a political aspect to this vote, which strongly affects the lives of every Italian in the world: trust is an economic asset. When confidence grows, the willingness to invest, the propensity to do business, the country’s credibility abroad, and the opportunities for our community around the world grow accordingly.
I discussed this, and many other aspects related to the reform of the #giustizia, in a webinar moderated by Maurizio Fantatto, together with the lawyer Antonio Di Pietro, former Minister, magistrate and leading expert on the judicial system.
