I’m in Boston to celebrate Republic Day together with our extraordinary Italian community. A moment that goes far beyond the simple anniversary: it is the living symbol of our identity, our history and our democracy.
Sincere thanks to Comites and the Federation of Associations for making this meeting of hearts and flags possible. I thank presidents Alberto Mustone and Domenico Susi, but above all I thank every
Italian who, with passion and dedication, keeps our culture alive even away from home.
Being Italian in the world means bringing with you the value of freedom, dignity and national pride. Wherever we are, every time the tricolor rises, it is a promise that we renew together.
Happy Republic Day everyone. Long live Italy, wherever an Italian heart beats.
