When I started this journey, I did it with the mindset of an entrepreneur: set clear goals, work hard, and deliver results. I had made a specific commitment to all of you voters and citizens, and that commitment became a reality.
It has not been easy: it has been two years of intensive work, involving several ministries and complex technical offices. But we did it. This result finally restores justice and dignity to millions of compatriots around the world, starting precisely from the most fragile categories that have felt invisible for too long.
