Citizenship, Di Giuseppe: “Once the amendment has been approved, Italians will finally be able to buy it back”

“The government amendment was passed to allow the reacquisition of Italian citizenship to compatriots who had lost it before 1992. Finally, one of the most profound wrongs suffered by Italians abroad, who have been waiting to be able to get their passports back for over thirty years, is being remedied”. Andrea Di Giuseppe, a Fratelli d’Italia deputy elected abroad and initiator of the initiative, declares.
